Background
Sinergia Social is an NGO committed to empowering individuals at risk of social exclusion. Through various programs, it provides support and resources to help young adults enhance their skills and improve their job prospects.
Problem
Many users of the NGO come from foreign countries and often do not speak Spanish or Catalan, making it difficult for them to visit the NGO's physical location or communicate via email. This language barrier adds an extra layer of complexity to booking meetings and courses. An app that supports their native language—Arabic in most cases—would simplify the process and make the NGO's services more accessible.

Research & Planning
Utilized user personas, surveys, and empathy maps to gain insights into user needs and behaviors, ensuring a user-centered approach to the app's development.
Design & Prototyping
Leveraged Figma to create both low-fidelity and high-fidelity prototypes, iterating designs based on user feedback to enhance usability and visual appeal.
Optimization
Focused on refining the app's features and functionality, incorporating user feedback to improve the overall user experience and ensure alignment with user needs.
Finalization
This stage involved preparing the app for development; however, it was not launched due to external constraints, leaving the project as a conceptual framework.
The resulting app provides a seamless experience for young adults, enabling them to easily book training courses and one-on-one mentorship sessions. By streamlining the scheduling process, it empowers users to enhance their skills and improve their job prospects.
Course Registration
Users can effortlessly sign up for and drop courses directly through the app, simplifying the process of managing their educational journey.
News tab
The dedicated News tab keeps users updated on all activities and events organized by the NGO, fostering community engagement and awareness.
Notification Panel
The notification panel alerts users to any changes in scheduled courses or events, including updates on time, date, and location, ensuring they never miss important information.
